Where does the product shipping from?
All our products are shipped from our Singapore-based warehouses.

How long will our products take to arrive?
All products are shipped within 2-3 working days after we receive your payment. The delivery time depends on the courier your shipment is being sent with. All orders will be received within 20-25 business days (including custom clearance time).
***Please understand this is an estimate. The exact delivery time is beyond our control and is dependent on the customs clearance time.
Can I track my products once they are shipped?
You can track your parcel during its route to your delivery address. Tracking Codes are given right after we handed the package over to the courier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Customer must inform within 24 hours of delivery of faulty, damaged & wrong size product. after 24 hours of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. NOTE: Generally, Sex Toys Are Not Returnable Due To Hygiene Concerns.
For sex toys (non-working), please complain of manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery only. We can't offer returns or refunds for the items due to hygiene concerns unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Any item not in its original condition, such as damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
6. Any complaint about return due to faulty, damaged & sizing issue must be informed within 48 hours after delivery. Complaints after this period will not be valid.
Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once your return is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
We will NOT be able to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
Most of our products are personal in nature, we will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking.
